Race Day Ambassadors

NASCAR at COTA is looking for Ambassador Groups to assist with various assignments during the upcoming NASCAR event weekend at Circuit of The Americas.

Groups will receive a donation to their organization in exchange for providing Ambassadors and satisfactory completion of all duties. Duties include, but are not limited to ticket scanning, assisting ticket holders in finding their seats, ensuring the comfort and safety of guests and general hospitality to all guests.

Groups who wish to apply will need to be aware of the following requirements:

• The group must be a non-profit, church, school, US Military or organization under applicable IRS rules and must be able to provide proof of its non-profit status
• The group should be prepared to provide at least 10 Ambassadors each day
• All Ambassadors must be at least 16 years of age
• All Ambassadors must be friendly, outgoing and helpful hosts to NASCAR at COTA’s guests
