Coming off a very successful launch of digital collectibles in 2021, Speedway Motorsports will drop the first NASCAR at COTA editions of NFTs starting Monday to kick off race week for the March 27 EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix at Circuit of The Americas (COTA).

Beginning at 12 p.m. CT Monday, March 21, 5,000 animated NASCAR at COTA stadium series NFTs priced at $5 each, including 500 rare gold versions, will hit the blockchain on RaceDayNFT.com, Speedway Motorsports’ fan-focused digital collectible marketplace beginning Monday, March 21 at 12 p.m. CT.

On Thursday, March 24, 2,500 NASCAR at COTA-themed virtual diecast NFTs will be released at 12 p.m. CT and remain on sale through Sunday priced at $30 each.

Then, on race day, Sunday, March 27, commemorative EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix ticket NFTs will be available for fans both at and away from the circuit. Sunday ticketholders can obtain one of 5,000 platinum collectible ticket NFTs for free, and fans not in attendance can purchase one for just $10. The collection will also include 500 rare golden commemorative tickets.

Speedway Children’s Charities (SCC), the official charity of Speedway Motorsports, will also benefit from NFTs. RaceDayNFT.com will feature 1,000 SCC track tokens that will sell for a $50 donation starting Wednesday, March 23 at 12 p.m. CT. All proceeds from token sales will benefit non-profit children’s organizations in the Austin, Texas community through SCC.
