One of the most memorable experiences for NASCAR fans is seeing the stars of the sport up close on race day. Fans attending this weekend’s NASCAR tripleheader at Circuit of The Americas (COTA) will have plenty of opportunities to catch their favorite drivers for a picture, autograph or even a fist-bump.

NASCAR at COTA weekend driver appearances kick off on Friday with a Q&A session with NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) driver Sage Karam at the Toyota Racing Experience display in the Fan Zone at 2:15 p.m. CT. Later that evening, NASCAR Cup Series (NCS) driver Corey LaJoie will make an appearance at the Live Auction to benefit Speedway Children’s Charities during the THOR Family of Companies Camper Appreciation Party in Lot N at 6:40 p.m.

Before he straps in for Saturday’s XPEL 225 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series (NCTS) race, Taylor Gray will be answering fan questions at the Toyota Racing Experience display in the Fan Zone at 10:30 a.m. Fans can also grab an autograph from NCS driver Christopher Bell at the Texas Lottery display in the Fan Zone at 3 p.m.

Prior to Sunday’s EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix NCS race, fans enjoying the plethora of free entertainment in the Fan Zone in the Grand Plaza are encouraged to visit the all new Speedway Experience powered by EchoPark Automotive display for the debut of the EchoPark Coffee Cup Series featuring a meet-and-greet and Q&A session with former NASCAR stars Michael Waltrip and Kyle Petty at 10:30 a.m. Jose Castillo will host Trackside Live from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the Speedway Experience powered by EchoPark Automotive display with appearances by Michael McDowell (11 a.m.), Daniel Suarez (11:15 a.m.) and Zane Smith (11:30 a.m.).

Defending EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix winner Tyler Reddick (11:20 a.m.) and Denny Hamlin (12:15 p.m.) will take questions from race fans at the Toyota Racing Experience display in the Fan Zone before strapping in for 68 laps around the 20-turn, 3.41-mile world-class circuit.

Before Riley Green takes the stage at 12:45 p.m. for a one-hour concert prior to the 2:30 p.m. EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix NCS race, Joey Logano, Chase Briscoe and William Byron will join host Castillo on the pre-race stage on the frontstretch for Q&A sessions starting at 12 p.m. While the NCS driver Q&A sessions, driver introductions and Riley Green pre-race concert are free with any race ticket, the purchase of a Track Pass ticket upgrade will allow those fans to move from the grandstands to the front of the stage for premier access.

In addition to the many on-site appearances, some drivers will be hosting autograph sessions outside of COTA in the Austin area meeting fans in town for the weekend’s races. NCTS driver Christian Eckes will be at NAPA Auto Parts – Boerne Auto and Truck Supply on Cascade Cavern in Boerne at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, NCS and NXS driver AJ Allmendinger will be at Road Ranger on FM 464 in Seguin at 11 a.m. Friday, NCS driver Austin Cindric will be at Discount Tire on Nelms Drive in Austin at 1:15 p.m. Saturday and NCS driver Martin Truex Jr.* will be at Bass Pro Shops on South I-35 Frontage Road in Buda at 6 p.m. Saturday.
